Come explore movement, yoga and fitness with your little ones in a fun and creative way. This class is a great way for mommies to get healthy while bonding with their babes. The first half of the class is a high energy workout that is stimulating for the kiddos with fun songs and dance. Then we bring the energy down with a Mama Yoga Flow. Classes will follow a general framework, but will evolve and change to keep things fun and stimulating for both the mothers and children in the class.
Four week series for $60. Minimum of 4 mom-child pairs to run the class (recommended age of children: infant through 4 years).
